Well I dusted off my broom and flew up to pick up my friend Nettie. We stopped for a bite to eat (why? I don't know - Judy had so many good treats at her shop - yet eating at the pizza joint first - do you think that stopped me from nibbling!)
We arrived at The Cinnamon Stick and there was already witches and warlocks milling about! The building was decorated for a nice eerie night - witches feet, jars of rats, eyeballs, and more. Oooh and you had to watch if you needed to go in the bathroom, there was this HUGE hairy spider hanging over the door!
What a great night - it was nice running into old friends and making new ones. As I said before there was plenty of treats to eat - Tony (Head Warlock) was manning the popcorn machine and hot dogs, there was chili, pumpkin cookies, witches hat cookies, a big spider cheeseball, apple cider and more! Yumm!
Here's some random pics of the night:
A coven (Gaggle?) of Witches and Warlocks -
April and her "familiar" her crow!
That door is the bathroom door - not sure if you can see the HUGE Spider over it! This is the back porch of the C-Stick
Another view of the back porch
The front porch where the food was layed out - that is Tony in the left corner making hot dogs under the orange light!
Judy, Me and Nettie
Me, Judy, Nettie and April (Me, I thought we were supposed to dress for "casual friday" - LOL)
The littliest witch of the evening - Molly - she was adorable with her hat and costume
Oh my goodness - I call this picture "Nuttie Nettie" - We pulled in, parked the broom, and she puts on this "witches hat" - I could not stop laughing! I think perhaps I should have dropped her off across the street at the bar to serve up some German Beer!
I think Nettie was conjuring up some spell her for April, Joy and Molly
Some of my pics didn't come out to well and once again I forgot to keep taking pictures. There was some great outfits. It was great night, so thank you Judy and Tony for a good time!

Oh what fun you gals have. That does look like the perfect night for a broom ride and a perfect place to land even if it did have a big ol' spider!
